Notes : The number range for this medium type serial variety was shared by the bold type serial variety. The two types were numbered on different printing machines during the same period. The number ranges were M 000001 D to M 1000000 D, M-E and M-F.

These notes only appear very rarely, so any valuations are largely hypothetical.

Lot 3435 at the Noble Numismatics Sale 89 held on 25th November, 2008 was a R2e note - graded VG - which realised a price of $1,980.
