The two types were numbered on different printing machines during the same period from 12 May, 1917 through into 1918.
The number ranges were M 000001 B to M 1000000 B, M-C, M-D, M-E and M-F.
The earlier range M-A, and the later ranges M-G to M-K had the bold type only.
